Lauren April is a country pop singer-songwriter from Nottingham, UK. She loves the storytelling aspect behind country songs; one of the main things that influenced her to start songwriting.
           The release of her 4 track EP 'This is my Life' in 2014, brought airplay from local radio stations such as BBC Introducing and community stations, but it was her debut single 'Picture on the Wall' which propelled her into the UK country scene. It received a very positive response from Radio stations around the UK, including: Mark Forrest's BBC Radio show and many country stations including UK country radio, Chris Country Radio and CMR Nashville.
         Lauren released her brand new self titled EP in July 2018; receiving rave reviews, it made its debut in the UK top 20 iTunes Country Music Charts and peaked at number 13.
         Last year, Lauren performed on Coronation street as the singer for Billy and Paul’s wedding in the Bistro and this aired to a great response to millions nationwide.
